Which is a good idea when I feel mad or bad and want to say something mean, but not something to be done literally. Whether this is medication messing with me or mania trying to get jumpstarted, it sucks. Gnawing on my lip-- which I do anyway when I'm anxious or revved up-- and CHEWING MY TONGUE?? Not cool. My poor mouth is getting all sore and trying to creep away somewhere friendlier.
Here's how things are: suck.
