I haven't been sleeping enough. I get really wired in the evening and at night and it doesn't matter how exhausted I am, I can't sleep. So I take stupid sleeping pills. Sometimes they don't put me to sleep, but leave me unaware of what I'm doing. Which could be talking to someone, e-mail, drawing, wandering around the house, or god knows what. Since I'm not aware of it, unless something triggers a memory. Last night I wrote an e-mail to Ian, drew that picture in the last blog entry ("mixed state") and posted it, and also drew a picture for Ian as a get well card (he's got a stupid muscle spasm in his neck which is really painful)...
